We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

Final sale items, gift cards, and intimates are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@harsunaustralia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please note your preferred exchange item when initiating your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@harsunaustralia.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
